  2. Our Urban Odyssey reserves the right to modify or discontinue its service without notice. You agree that Our Urban Odyssey shall not be held liable to you or any third party for a modification or discontinuation of service.
  3. Our Urban Odyssey has the right to prevent or revoke user privileges from anyone without notice or reason.
  4. By using this Service, you agree to comply with all copyright laws of the United States of America and other countries. By submitting content to Our Urban Odyssey, you are giving permission to Our Urban Odyssey to publish this content on its website. Any reproduction of contents submitted to Our Urban Odyssey outside of its website are at the discretion of the author. If such a post is submitted to Our Urban Odyssey as its first public publication, we ask that you reference it outside of Our Urban Odyssey as “as published in Our Urban Odyssey”). As a user, you agree NOT to submit or copy anything that: infringes upon copyright or trademarks; are falsehoods; is harassing or threatening to Our Urban Odyssey, its staff, contributors or any third party; is hateful; encourages criminal conduct; advertises a product or business; contains a photograph or likeliness of a third party without their written permission; conjures the apocalypse on earth.
  6. You agree to provide your updated contact information to Our Urban Odyssey so that We can reach authors of submitted work.
  7. Posted work express the views of its author and not necessarily the views of this service, staff or other users. Our Urban Odyssey does not confirm the validity of every post nor does it actively monitor posted messages. Our Urban Odyssey and its users do not necessarily endorse any product, person or event listed on its website and shall not be held liable for events related to the use of any product, service or attendance to an event. We might let you know of an upcoming event as a courtesy, but we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, quality and availability of what’s advertised. We’ll leave the homework up to you as everyone has his or her own tastes and comfort levels. We are not responsible for the content of any services that are linked to our website.
  8. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Urban Odyssey and its staff and contributors from and against any damages, losses, costs, or injuries as a result of you violating this user agreement and from using this service.
  9. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York.  BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
